Course Description

This HVAC Technician training course is designed specifically for Facility Management environments where reliable operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems are critical. The program provides participants with both theoretical understanding and hands-on practical skills required to safely operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems in commercial and residential facilities. The course focuses on real-world applications such as chilled water systems, split and central AC units, air handling units (AHU), fan coil units (FCU), thermostats, duct systems, and basic refrigeration cycles. Emphasis is placed on preventive maintenance, energy efficiency, fault diagnosis, and safety procedures. By the end of the course, participants will be able to respond effectively to HVAC breakdowns, perform routine maintenance tasks, and ensure optimal indoor air quality and system performance in FM operations.
