Course Description

The Safe Lifting Operations and Cabin Crane Training program is designed to provide participants with the theoretical knowledge and practical competencies required to safely plan, supervise, and execute lifting operations involving cabin-operated cranes in industrial, construction, marine, and oil & gas environments. The course covers the principles of lifting safety, crane operating techniques, load handling, rigging awareness, communication protocols, and hazard control measures in accordance with international lifting standards and best industry practices. Participants will learn how to inspect lifting equipment, interpret load charts, calculate crane capacities, understand crane stability, and manage lifting risks in routine and complex lifting operations. Emphasis is placed on operational safety, legal compliance, teamwork between operators and lifting personnel, and prevention of lifting-related incidents. By the end of the training, attendees will be able to operate or support cabin crane lifting operations safely and competently while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company lifting procedures.
