Course Description

The Soft Services Operations & Supervision Program is an intensive operational training course designed specifically for field personnel, supervisors, coordinators, team leaders, and operational staff directly involved in day-to-day soft services activities within facilities management environments.

Unlike managerial or theoretical programs, this course focuses on the practical execution, supervision, inspection, coordination, and operational control of soft services activities including housekeeping, cleaning operations, waste handling, pest control coordination, manpower deployment, customer service handling, inspection routines, and contractor supervision.

Participants will gain real operational knowledge on how to manage cleaning teams, monitor service quality, conduct inspections, handle complaints, maintain hygiene standards, coordinate daily activities, apply HSE practices, and improve service delivery performance within commercial buildings, hospitals, airports, malls, residential towers, industrial facilities, and public infrastructure environments.
